18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

hairymaturepics.com is not a "producer" (primary or secondary) of any visual matter depicting real or simulated sexual activity, explicit or otherwise, available for viewing on the website. In the case of content supplied by third-party users of the website, whether explicitly sexual in nature or otherwise, the operators and owners of hairymaturepics.com restrict their undertakings to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of that content. All parts of the website that present user-supplied content are under the control of the associated user. By virtue of this, the operator or the owner of the website is free of duty concerning compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as indicated in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is deemed illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any manner contrary to the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed at the sole discretion of the operator or owner, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Any visual depictions that may appear on the website, for which the operator of the website may be held to be the “producer,” are exempt from the stipulations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons: (1) the images or videos do not portray any sexually explicit activity as outlined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A); (2) the images or videos do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area after July 27, 2006; (3) the images or videos do not portray simulated sexually explicit conduct; or (4) the images or videos were shot before July 3, 1995.

Designated Records Custodian

The operator of the website has designated a custodian to be the keeper of original records as necessitated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The records are in the care of said custodian and can be perused by sending a request via our contact form.
